The ‘Italtrike forest’ is growing and will keep on growing!

Italtrike has planted 1000 trees in the “Italtrike Forest” to counteract its Co2 emission.

Preserving and planting new ‘green lungs’ is a virtuous action that we can all take
to counteract our Co2 emissions and thus support our planet.

Italtrike forest is located in Guatemala and was planted thanks to the help of Zero Co2, a BCorp
company which works to counter the climate crisis by promoting models of sustainable development.

The Italtrike forest consists of Avocado, Lime, Orange, Cedar, Caoba and Pine trees.
Its care and management is entrusted to the skillful hands of the local Campesinos, who are able to support their families and communities thanks to this activity.

Why Italtrike decided to plant a Forest?
Because Trees are the green lungs of our planet.

– They improve air quality by producing oxygen and by absorbing carbon dioxide.
– They foster the earth’s animal and plant biodiversity.
– They provide food, shelter and protection for living beings.
– They make our landscapes unique.

And Taking care of them is the duty of all of us.
