Return policy Should you change your mind, you can return Italtrike products purchased on our website, and not yet used, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt by you or a person you assigned. Should you wish to return a product please contact us by email at email@example.com and include the following information to speed up the process: web order number; buyer’s name; Iban for issuing the refund. We do not replace or refund damaged or even partially used products.
How to prepare the package: Before sealing the package and delivering it to the courier, check that these steps have been carried out: attach all the product components, the manual if any and the other material supplied with the box; – use the original packaging; if the original product packaging has been damaged during shipping and is not reusable please use an alternative appropriate packaging to ensure safe transport; Seal the packaging carefully with appropriate adhesive tape. Shipping costs of the returned product: If the product is returned for a wrong purchase, you will be in charge of the shipping costs.
